You’ll have heard it a lot: avocado. Multifunctional. Very soothing for skin, nutrients in every fiber and packed with heart- protective compounds. To avoid weight gain you can use avocado in place of mayo or cheese. Personally one of my favorites. Avocado is also very fun to make home- made face-mask with.
