This new stunning café and restaurant close to my home, on the corner of the Eerste van der Helststraat en de Quellijnstraat opened its doors recently and I couldn’t help but take a look around.

My eyes and taste buds are pleased I must say. Venster 33 in the Pijp is owned by GTST actor Cas Jansen and a good job he did. Since the opening the place is crowded with youngsters soaking up the atmosphere. I visited Venster 33 with some loved ones and we had a really nice time there.

A very diverse menu with something for everyone. From hamburger, salads, steak, frites to mashed potatoes. The dishes are a little smaller than the regular size, which provokes you to try everything out. Smart move there mr. Jansen! To rinse your throat there’s a wide range of choices on the gin & tonic menu. In addition the wine and beer lovers also have a lot of choice.

The prices are reasonable, but the staff is a little chaotic. Venster 33 is a stunning café and restaurant that definitely deserves the hotspot title. Definitely a must visit again for me!
